Yeah, I got the "mini", which eliminates all the junk that's at the pubic line (like where they cut you for a C-Section). I kind of wish I'd gotten the full deal, because when you do that, you pretty much have abs without even trying. It costs way more than I was willing to spend, though.

Also, I had it done in November and it huuuuuuurt. The good thing about the smaller procedure is that it's got nice results without the invasiveness and about 1/4 of the healing time.

God knows I've considered elective surgery.
I was always a big kid, had to run every night to stay at 290 pounds. Got sick and dropped to 155 (I'm 6'3") in the space of 11 months. I've got better since, mostly, but even after the massive loss and working out, there are still bits that refuse to obey orders.

It's something I wanted for a really long time, after I realized there wasn't anything I could do about it on my own. I'd been pinching pennies for that specifically for seeeeveral years - took me forever to save up. It's half the cost of a full nip/tuck, but I wasn't so bad that I needed to go that route. If anyone's considering any kind of surgery like that, make some serious research, and lose weight and start getting healthier before you go under the knife. Recovery is a shit ton easier when you're in shape.
