Draw the Line
so im cruising over at the robzombie.com message board, and i come by this thread
http://www.robzombie.com/bboard/1000corpses/1372578_flat.html
now read the top post and the 4th post.
now im a huge House fan, i loved the movie and feel it would be awesome to share the movie with a younger brother, nephew, son whatever ya know. but than i read that post and thought to myself "7 years old, wholly shit man"
now its not the fact that the 7 year old didnt get scared, but wholly shit thats a pretty grusome flick ya know, and i could never see myself taking any younger family member of mine to that flick unless they were at least 13 or 14 years old, maybe 15 even, tho 15 sounds pushing it.
what do you all think? about the post you just read and where would you draw the line (if you had a son or daughter or younger person who looked up to you) with seeing gruesome horror movies and all that. woudl you draw the line in different spots for different flicks (being 14 for an extreme horror, 13 for a b-horor, 10 for a good ol action flick, etc etc)
Well, stop.
WELL SUCK A NUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pass.
*IN PUDDY VOICE* BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What? The nut? All yours, pal.
yes i have nuts
I have legumes.
Boy what's the deal with willtupper tonight? He posted some crazy thing about midget porn. Y'all should go see.
*in kerpal "you kick my dog" voice* willtupper...you bastard
"I'm going to kill you."
"Oh, now you're going to kill us?"
"No, no, I was just kidding."
There is hope, but not for us.
I love your knoxville! C'mon! You gotta love me back!
Willtupper...for the first time in history...I don't know if I love you anymore. Dead people can't love things. And I am dead.
There is hope, but not for us.

I have nothing witty to say to that. But look on the bright side, your Royal Janeness! I can still love you for two or three days before you start to seriously rot and smell bad!
Heck yeah!
Whoa. How very Lullably. And not in a good way.
There is hope, but not for us.

WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN?
LOL
Bow wow oh, yippie yo yippie yay.
lol i heard that song today, it was on Joe Dirt the movie, the dog was humping another dog, funny stuff
Dude, I'm not so sure I'd be all sharing that with the group.
But that's just me.
Well you're the one whose saying he'd be willing to do a chick post mortem for 3 days afterwards...
Can't we just call it a tie of perversity?
um..... knox.... i think that it is scary that kids don't get scared so easily as we did. maybe it's a good thing preventing the future of being a bunch of pansy wussies, but it's gonna totally fuck horror movie industries (if there are any to begin with) for good. that's not a bad thing, but it's also scary to me that every little bastard learning to walk right now is brainwashed and one day will be smarter than i, and have the power to do anything faster and better than i can, not did, but can..... get it? i'll be old and slow. old and grey. i fucking hate kids. we should kill em all!!!!!
*mood swing*
perhaps the theaters and rental stores can screen videos better for lads to not be able to indulge so much on violence, since they are so, indeed, fickle.
*mood sssssssswing!!*
fuck em. we don't need em.
im sucha hypocrit lol when i worked at the vid store i use to rent all these gruesome bloody R movies to lil kids lol it was fun.
but if it were my kid, for House of 1000 Corpses, iw ould at least wait till they were 14, thats when i first saw Exorcist, its a good time for horror movies cause you enjoy them so much more cause your on the verge of the "tough" age, but your still a lil "wuss" age too. so every movie scares you and interests you, even the B-movies

just keepin the thread alive
