December and Xmas Picture Thread.
...and you hate them both.
This is why we can't have nice things.
Aw, what a cute picture. I like your hair up like that. It's a different look.
I'm actually growing fonder of them. I'm holding this one in my arm, this is already a step forwards.
Best bed hair I've ever seen. You look smashing, Sarah.
Aw, cheers Fano.
Back at the Command Center

EDIT: The Command Center was relocated to an alternate dimension wherein everything is exactly the same, but a bit smashed horizontally.

Sarah, that's a really pretty picture!
Nick, nice facial expression, haha.
I liked Alecia's sad tree and scary husband pictures.
And Nick's condensed head too.
Batman!

Random, I know, but it's the first cake I was paid to do!

awesome. I didn't know you were pursuing a cake making venture.
I wish my camera wasn't busted, my grandma just sent me a ton of ornaments she has had since she was my age living in germany.
I've always loved baking and when I tell people I'd like to work at or own a bakery, they seem surprised. To me, it's just another form of art.

I love cooking and baking, I am not so excellent at cakes though. I think that would be great if you could make something out of your joy for baking.
I love wrapping presents!!

I wish the lighting were better, but you get the idea. YAY CHRISTMAS!

I hate wrapping presents. But those look lovely.
Chenoa, that cake look fantastic and sooooo yummy.
I want all the cake and all the presents!
You should definitely own a bakery. This looks awesome and the rainbow cake you posted a while ago was AMAZING!

This is why we can't have nice things.
This is probably what will happen to me if I have a bakery of my own:

But really, thanks for all the encouragement. I waited too long to register for spring classes, but I'm going to apply at all the bakeries in the area. I don't have any bakery experience, but I thought I'd include some of my baking pictures with my resume and it might make some difference.

Please tell me the sky was really as grey as it appears in the picture.
you are glowing.
I just smooshed my face trying to eat that from the monitor.

Chenoa, that cake looks great and I love that you're into baking.
Like this?
Exactly.

Please tell me the sky was really as grey as it appears in the picture.
Pittsburgh Sky, much greyer IRL.
EDIT: Rainbow was also much more vibrant, and a double.

I didn't take this one.

I have all of my wrapping done, except for three gifts I still have left to buy. I did this for about 4 hours yesterday.

Whatever Whore!

I didn't take this one.
Now I have to go to Pittsburgh someday.
Am not!
Pittsburgh totally beats Seattle in the Gray Sky Department.
This is why we can't have nice things.
I've never been to Seattle. Portland is pretty lovely with its grey, though I haven't seen a deep grey like that in a while.
The color of frozen steel. If you're into that sort of thing, you would love it here. 300+ days per year of gloom and doom.
This is why we can't have nice things.
If I'm into that sort of thing.
Not likely it would feel like gloom and doom to me.
I get that seasonal affective disorder thing every summer. Start to feel sick from the sunshine after too many weeks in a row.
lol. You have to buy special Darkness lightbulbs...

just find a nice dark shady place to hide where no one will find me until I want to be found. Listen to the world pass by.

I'm surprised that this picture became so worn over the course of a month. Why is that guy recording?
Are the scissors broken in your house, son?
No doubt because he fears his gubbamint.

We had Homecoming at our Varsity Basketball Game tonight. Jack was one of the sophmores in the court. They had 2 boys and 2 girls for each grade, freshman to senior. And ofcourse the Seniors won. It was fun.

Whatever Whore!
The Magic Tree in Columbia, MO. It's a pretty big deal in mid-Missouri. Pictures don't do it justice. It's lovely!

Are the scissors broken in your house, son?
Oh high school days.
And I love that tree Sam.
It has it's own website, Jaz!! www.magic-tree.org
Are the scissors broken in your house, son?
That tree is magic!
I love it so much. It was POURING rain when we went, but we were determined to see it, and because of the weather we ended up having it all to ourselves

I have two. The other one looks like Melody's and sleeps all the time.
