Andrew Bourdain opened my eyes to this little critter. I'm not sure I'd be as brave as him and actually eat one without money on the line.

I've eaten them! I had geoduck fritters with chipotle aioli. They were very good, but most deep fried things are.
I did not know what they looked like which is weird, they cooked them on Top Chef, but I don't recall them looking so phallic.
