Chuck Palahniuk Signed Copy of Lullaby
I was at a Strand Books on 13th Street in Manhattan casually browsing books and I was about to leave. I remembered that I've been wanting to read another one of Chuck's books for the longest time. I was a big fan of Fight Club, and my ex girlfriend teased me when she let me read the first chapter of Pygmy.
They had plenty of copies of his books. In my hands I held Choke, Pygmy, Fight Club, ready to buy them all. Then I saw a copy of Lullaby. I opened the book and there it was. His autograph that read:
To Olyvia-
Powell's Rules!
Chuck Palahniuk
I knew immediately to drop the other books and buy the signed copy right away.
I rushed home and searched high and low on the internet, and the signature looks pretty legit.
Willing to share pictures if this strikes anyone's fancy.
Either way it was still a delight randomly running into one...
Oh yeah! I think it would be awesome to find one randomly in a book store.
I like to go into book stores and autograph random books with my signature.
Somewhere out there somebody is reading a probably dog-eared and heavily highlighted copy The Joy of Lesbian Sex: A Tender and Liberated Guide to the Pleasures and Problems of a Lesbian Lifestyle with my signature on the front. In gold pen.

No offense, but a Palahniuk signed book is pretty easy to get. You just have to order it from St. Helen's Bookshop and he'll personally inscribe it to you.
