Could be from the smoking Irina.
Woohoo for pregnancy changes Sarah!
And Boo to the stupid migraine I had yesterday and today. I feel so much better now and not as loopy from the drugs but I'm definitely gonna sleep well tonight.
drugs!
I'm not smoking anymore. And how could that make my breasts hurt?
Lungs?
yeah i thought you said your rib and chest was hurting not your breasts but i don't know i'm coming down from some heavy pain killer medicine.
If it is your breasts you should definitly get it checked out if you can Irina.
1 in 5 women aren't good odds, as far as breast cancer is concerned. But don't let that statement freak you out too much either, you are very young so the odds of it being something as serious as that are very low. It could possibly be cysts, which are common and painful as well as mostly benign (unlike any most common cancerous lumps, which feel smooth like a pebble or jelly bean and are not painful) or it could do with your female hormonal cycle. Often there is breast tenderness near the period, but it is also common to have tenderness around ovulation.
And Sarah, are you keeping hydrated? Leg cramps can often com from a lack of hydration. You should be getting half an ounce of water per pound of weight everyday.
I dopn't know what you weigh... and I suppose you use metric so.. there are 36 ounces in a quart and one quart is about the same as one liter and one pound is about half a kilogram... so, yeah. I've had too many beers to deal with the math past that.
Another thing that can cause leg cramps is a calcium deficiency.
But even making sure neither of those are the problem you may still get the leg cramps. I sure did and they suck.
Amber, I am already freaked out by the fact that my aunt has breast cancer and will be in surgery next month. It may be just a 'before-period' thing, but I'm definitely going to the doc.
I'm sorry about your aunt Irina. My graandma had breast cancer in 2000 and it recently resurfaced, a year or so ago, and is in her bones now as a slow moving situation. It is such a scary scary thing.
I'm sorry about your grandma. It is quite scary, but she's apparently gone through chemo very well. Didn't get thin, or fat, didn't even look sick aside from the hair loss. I mean, if one saw her in the street with her wig on, they wouldn't know she's sick. We can now hope the surgery goes well and it won't resurface.
I also stopped taking the pill as soon as I found out she had cancer.
Here is to hoping you aunt makes a full recovery.

You're wonderful, Amber!
I had an issue a few times called having a "Rib Out" when the rib is slightly disjointed where it joins the back. Hurts something fierce too, feels like you have a broken rib, breathing hurts. Just happened one day when I woke up. Had to have a chiropractor pop it a few times. Once this happens though it has a tenancy to happen again. Subsequently since I started working out/lifting more hard I haven't had any back issues.

It popped in my head earlier today that I said up there that there are 36 oz in a quart and it has been driving me crazy ever since I realized.
There Are 32 Ounces In A Quart.

Oh you had to correct it now huh. Now my whole batch of meth is crap.. thanks.

If you get tweeky enough I am sure you can still make the math work.
Pepper, I may not be drinking enough water.
I'm not very good a drinking a lot during the day, but I do drink a fair amount at night.
I've bought myself one of those little fancy metal drink bottles to keep in my bag to encourage myself to drink more.
I did read that those calf cramps can be common in pregnancy too.
Today's aliment: My back hurt while walking down the hill to the bus stop, and then my feet were KILLING me waiting for the bus. Stupid city council put some new seats at my bus stop, but not under cover and it was raining. I was so tempted just to sit down and get a wet bum.
This.

I think I've made myself ill by stressing out over all this studying. My throat's been sore the last couple of days and this headache won't go away. Hopefully that means that I'll be instantly cured by wednesday (When I actually have my exam)!
Poor you! Stock up on echinacea and vitamins and get lots of sleep!
Olbas decongestants work like a treat too!

I doubt we have that here, haha, but I'll definitely try to find something at the store soon.
Perhaps the lack of daylight is affecting me as well.
That's a real bitch tuffy, I quit smack cold turkey about 2 months back, it was terrible, didn't leave the house for a week. Let me know how it goes.
And due to my complete inability to work the internet, I left a post for a comment from a year ago, my bad. Btw, as far as ailments, I was in a car accident and it pretty much hurts to move my left half (that's where I got the black eye in my picture)
I've had 4 colds in a row this year so far. I figure I have enough antibodies to be invincible this winter.
This signature does not quote anything. Evar.
I think I've had less colds this year than any other year. I reckon it's because I've started eating onions. Plus I was stuck at home with a bung knee for two months of winter.
I think any time I get nervous or excited my morning sickness comes back. Ugh.
I have a cut in my ear which I have no idea how I got but it hurts.
Okay, so last week I started noticing this and now the last couple of days it has gotten worse. I have a constant hunger pang in my stomach, but whenever I eat, it gets even worse. Like I havent eaten at all and am starving. When I first noticed it, I thought, well I didnt eat enough and would eat more. It would get worse. I looked it up yesterday on the internets and I think it may be a Peptic Ulcer. I went to the stomach doctor last year for nausea all the time and they did a test where they put you to sleep and run that camera down to your stomach. Well they said I had gastritis. So now after reading about other people having this hunger pang thing all the time and it turning out to be a Ulcer, I called the Gastro doc this morning to make an appointment. I cant get in until the 29th.
I know it sounds stupid, but it is very annoying and painful.
On the up side, this would be the optimum time for me to enter a eating contest.
Whatever Whore!
I had a migraine all day yesterday and even effect today somewhat.. it sucks.

Sorry to hear about those ailments. Migraines suck ass and I hope your stomach isn't too bad Winnie. Try to stay away from spicy and super acidic foods and all that jazz.
I've been having nausea and I really don't know why. Usually after or while I eat I get grossed out. Today I feel alright and I'm thinking it was probably just stress related.
And don't even think of asking if I'm pregnant.

That sounds awful. At least it's christmas and you can eat lots?
Jaz is going to have a baby!
That tingling in my ribs is now more of an ache. I was really uncomfortable at work today and got sent home early.
Jaz is going to have a baby!
!!!
I didn't do it!

Yeah and his name will be Jesus!
Hey Zeus!
i watched a video on tonsil stones extractions and i touched my tonsils to see if i had them. i didn't.
now, the tonsils feel weird, like i'm coming down with a cold.
This was good.
I still totally win this thread over all you biznitches.
And I cannot fucking wait to lose.
So, okay, update, yeah.
Two weeks since I got cut and I've yanked off the last of the tape holding myself, er, closed. Scar is ugly and prominent, as I requested. Also swollen and all the colors of a bag of Skittles. But I assume Healing more or less in the way supposed to. I will not grace you with photos at this time. You do not want. I went for a walk, against orders, a couple days ago to test my strength/endurance and, having not moved for so long, find that I really can't go very far at all. Half a block or so, but I pushed it and went five blocks out before turning around. Every muscle and joint feels like nails rammed through today so I'm back with the happytime pills.

Jeepers Tuffy. Take it easy.
When I'm good and dead.

Yeah well just don't die yet.
The aching/tingling is gone. It was horrible through the night, I could only sleep comfortably in one position, and I usually toss and turn a lot.
I'm alright at the moment as long as I don't do too much bending, lifting, or sitting in one position.
I've got four more months of this and it's only going to get worse!
Bloke's all like "Well this is what you wanted."
And it is.

I think you need a Body Pillow to sleep with Sarah. I had one with all three of my pregnancies and it really helped, especially in the later months.
Whatever Whore!
I think you're right Winnie.
I had a look through one of those pregnancy books today and that's what it basically said.
My friends who have had babies kept telling me that I'd end up sleeping surrounded by pillows, now I believe them.
I've been given a tri-pillow and one of those noodle type pillows. I'll take em to bed with me tonight.

Thanks so much for that link Tuffy!
I've been given one of those, but it's called a Bobster.
My only problem is I can't find any slips for it in NZ.
That site you linked is great and has some really nice slip covers, but Target doesn't ship to NZ.
Is there anyone who would let me get them shipped to them in the US and then post it to me at my cost?
I found some. But holy crap they're expensive here!
I found some for $9.99 US which is about $13 NZ at Target.
On an NZ site they're $34.99 nz plus!
Can you order them and have them shipped to a US site? I wouldn't mind reshipping.
This is why we can't have nice things.
Also look into cloth diapers. The ones now days are cool with designs and removable inserts. We actually got everyone else to buy them for us with our shower, now we spend hardly anything at all on diapers. Also look into a bumbo seat... and yes you'll need a body pillow defiantly. I think she is going to make me go get her new pillows this week sometime. How far along are you? We are about 11 weeks now.

I'm 23 weeks Zack.
I've considered cloth nappies, I think they're great in theory. But I have to be realistic for myself that I'm just not going to want to do that extra laundry. It's lazy, I know, but I just can't see myself keeping on top of it all.
My best friend from college has the German measles. I'm worried I might get it too, but I hope she's not contagious anymore when school starts.
The "German measles" sounds so middle ages. And yeah, don't get that.
Apparently it's different from "measles". I never got it, I only had chicken pox.

I'm just taking vitamins these days and various medicine to get rid of coughing for no reason. I'll read their side effects and try to find an explanation.
