100% woven cotton
maybe it's the fact that i am a little very OCD, but i can't stand certain fabrics when im trying to relax or sleep.
lying on velvet or silk or polyster gives me knots in my stomach. i get so tense i can't concentrate.
it's just so dry and uncomfortable against my skin.
and everyone's talking about their fetishes for velvet (george kastanza on seinfeld says he would drape himself in velvet if it was socially acceptable) and their amazing silk sheets... and i can't imagine wanting to relax on shiny fabrics such as these.
i prefer 100% woven cotton.
it just feels... right.
am i wrong?
I don't know. I don't pay attention to such things. I've had a very uncomfortable pillow for four years and I just can't be bothered getting a new one. I'm barely conscious of things like this.

i woke up last night just covered in sweat. There was like puddles of it nshit under me. Had to get up and change all my covers and sheets and whatnot. I would have been worried that i pissed the bed if it wasn't this huge wet man-sized outline of me.
I like cotton pajamas and cotton sheets. The higher the thread count, the better. I actually have an electric blanket on me and I hate for it to touch my skin so I use the sheet as my barrier.

I had this very same problem until I tried putting the electric blanket under the bottom sheet, almost like a mattress pad. Beautiful.
I love cotton sheets, too, but I hate anything under 600 tc. I also recently tried bamboo sheets. Skills.
I'm a straight Shylock when it comes to money, but I will throw it around like confetti when it comes to bedding. I live for down everything. So worth it.

I am the same way I hate hotel beds and there beds. I just like regular blanket and pillow.
