10 Minute Play
My creative writing professor has given me the task of writing a ten-minute play. Students from a creative drama class--who are, by the way, in seventh grade—have been chosen to perform the plays(the children are my puppets, I am the director). Language must be “clean”. Topic must be “appropriate”. The play doesn’t specifically have to be for middle-schoolers, but it shouldn’t be “R” rated. No one person monologues and a limit of five main characters.
I have a few ideas, but I would appreciate suggestions.
1. Ten Minutes
2. Language “clean”, topic “appropriate”—I know it is not easy.
3. No one person monologues
4. Limit five main characters
5. Twenty-Five Seventh graders are at my disposal[/COLOR]
