What Are You Playing Now
This is the 350th time I've clicked on this thread thinking it was the fucking "What are you listening to now" thread. So this could be a pointless announcement too, I guess.
So, I'm listening to Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Art Star because I don't want to hit "back."
lol that was hilarious..
ive been playing NCAA football 2005 alot lately. and top spin (they came on one disc when i got my xbox a year ago. i picked it back up).
new super mario bros. is my next venture.
I won too! I did a victory lap around my brothers living room when I found out. My turnip prices suck at the moment (44!) and I have 2000 of the little suckers to sell.
They normally suck until Wednesday or Thursday anyway.
I loved that day when Nook bought mine for over 500bells, I'll remember i fondly forever and ever and ever.
I'll PM you if they ever skyrocket in my town.
New! Super Mario Bros.
Digging the new power-ups. The levels aren't Super Princess Peach easy, but so far they aren't insanely difficult either. Overall, a lot of fun. It's good to see Mario and the Luge back in 2-D side scroller action.
The minigames are all exactly the same ones in Super Mario 64 DS, though. Nothing to look forward to there.

god all i hear are great things about it. i want it sooo bad!!
Anyone still playing Guild Wars? I just started again. The community isn't great, but it's a fun enough game.
And if I don't feel like playing that, of course I fall back on Diablo II, until those jerks finally release Diablo III. :)
I was playing for a while about a month back with some old friends from another forum I'm on. I still log in occasionally but none of the rest of them have been on in about a week. Feel free to put my on your friends list for whenever I am playing : Kerosene Napalm (the char I play the most at the moment).
I was saying how I liked Diddy Kong Racing better than Mario Kart to this guy who's crazier and more protective of Nintendo than my crazy self and he was appalled. But Diddy Kong Racing was aaaaaaaaaaawesome! They need to do another one, they really do.
DKR was kickass. beats the shit out of Mario kart
how many more chances will you get in life to race a triceratops up a hill or drive a hovercaft over lava or fly an aeroplane in space
currently playing Speed Kings on xbox.
i really wish i was playing Riding Spirits2 or Tourist Trophy but alas, I caned the hell out of my PS2 so now I must make do with the xbox
I'm back to playing World of Warcraft. And I'm having second thoughts about Vanguard. But Burning Crusade or whatever it's called is what I'm gunna try when it comes out.
Hitman: Blood Money on the Xbox 360. . Got the Cape Fear soundtrack going while I play. Bring out your inner Iceman with this game. It's fucking awesome. Now you can use people as human shields among various new moves but most importantly . . . you can throw a knife at someone's head.

I own all the Hitman series, expect for Blood Money. How is it? Is 47 as badass as always? Anything new?
As for me, I'm playing X-Men Legends II, which has been a really badass game. Beat it, but am going through it again on hard to level up my characters some more and I assembled a different team. Also re-playing Hitman 2.
Hitman saounds kinda fun from what I read about Blood Money. I might borrow it, but no way am I laying down cash.

Rockstar Table Tennis. Not too shabby of a game for the 30 bones I dropped for it.

Hitman 2 kicks ass. It's the best they've made out of the series, although I haven't played Blood Money yet.
Fight Club
AHAHAHHAHA
Ok, I know, it's a bad joke....

I played through it. I even bought it. It was interesting to see someone screw up something so beautiful. Hey! maybe that was the point!
I AM MARRIED
But how could they have done a thing like that with so much potential? Even in Tekken the FIRST, there used to be cinematics... And I bought it too, niark...

It was a great license that wasn't really teeming with potential. They make more money with a failure of a great license (lowere production cost + high license related sales + Word of mouth from suckage does increase sales) than risking putting a lot of work and money into a game that may not sell as well. This is one of the things that could run video gaming into the ground.
Also, I traded it in for store credit shortly. Another thing that leads to a falling industry.

And video game industry seems to like to do this currently... The Godfather was so-so, and they are creating Scarface and Reservoir Dogs in vg... I'm scared about the future, if they keep on applying this "equation" .

I get my ass kicked so bad on Metroid Prime Hunters online it isn't even funny anymore. I don't even know what I'm doing wrong to do so badly.
I traded it in for store credit shortly.
The whole store credit thing is such and amazingly beautiful ripoff. I traded in a ton of PS2games a while back and in retrospect, I should have been patient and sold them on eBay. Seriously, $24 for 5 games is in no way a good deal.
Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. Hell yeah old school...
Ephemerality rules the world.
Went into gamestop without planning to buy anything, but it was buy 2 get 1 free, and I just couldn't resist. Bought Burnout Revenge, Call of Duty 2 and God of War. Shall be playing the hell out of those for the time being.

I also saw they're releasing Diddy Kong Racing on the DS! Looks like it's just a rehash of the 64 version but hopefully this means they'll make a whole new one for the Wii too!
I will most certainly be purchasing DKR on the DS when I can, especially if there's wi-fi play on there.

I was playing Brain Age Training, my brain age is 76! Good God. But I'm puttting it down to having played it just as I woke up, which wasn't smart, '6 X 8 =' and I was like 'Ummmmmmmmmmmmm...' pathetic.
I'll rush out and do the same.
Do you know when Zelda DS comes out? I'm waiting for that as well.
I thought about getting Brain Age for awhile, but never did. Does it really help with memory function and such? I figured Nintendo + Simple calculations and such = not so much of a gain.
Playing Winning Eleven 9 still. It's pretty much the only game I spin on a 5x+ weekly basis.

No release date as yet...I'm betting on Christmas time though.
And yes, Brain Training is genuinely good for your brain, it also makes you want to play every day and get to your ideal brain age. It's top notch.
Finally got a loader working on my PSP (had to downgrade) so I got some downloaded games working. Bleach Heat: The Soul is a japanese fighting game and some form of bomberman tetris. Both are written entirely in kanji but Bleach is major fun.

Any relation to the anime series Bleach?
Exactly. I've never seen it, but judging by the style of the game and videos and such, I would say most definitely related to some anime, most likely called Bleach. Is the anime good?
I AM MARRIED
The anime is really good. I got into the manga at first in high school and then this fall someone mentioned it being an anime. Up to episode 43 thanks to youtube.com and there are rumours it's airing on Adult Swim in September. It's not epic level like Cowboy Bebop or GITS, but it's a very good entertaining and meaningful moments. It makes you laugh, cry and there's plenty of samurai action. All the main characters are very easy to relate to and sometimes you feel sad even when an enemy goes down.

Hitman Blood Money kicks so much ass. Push people over ledges, human shielding, knife throwing, poisoning, destroying glass bottom pools, all that shit. It's great, dammnit.
