But on XBOX.

I rarely play games anymore, but when I let my guard down a little I get addicted awfully fast. Lately I've been playing the [B]Conker's Bad Fur Day [/B] remake for the Xbox (I missed it the first time on the N64). Which is probably one of my all time favourite games. Drunken squirrels, big titted sunflowers, opera singing shit monsters, pissing on things, zombies...it has it all.

holy shit conkers bad fur day is awesome. its so funny. that game kicks ass. i found it a little irritating at times, like a little too difficult, especially the last level and boss. there's a new one coming out isn't there?

Not that I'm aware of, unless you're thinking of the remake+online multiplayer version I mentionned.

well, it's on pause right now. i beat the single player missions, and i am the suxx0r at Counter-Strike: Source, so i'm falling back on good old Diablo II to get my fix until the half-life mod Day Of Defeat is released for HL2 ("source"), with the updated graphics and all.

Nowadays I mostly stick to CS:Source. It all depends on whether or not I can find a server with low ping for me and a decent rotation of maps.

Guild Wars and WC3 but I only play custom games on WC usually Dota's...

You can ignore anything that says you must vote to download; the ROMS work fine. I'd download as much as you can, though, because they keep getting asked to take off certain games, like Mario, and they just recently took down Final Fantasy and Metroid. They used to have Neo Geo, but now it's just the CD and Pocket versions. I've gotten a lot of ROMs from this site.

ah, yes, emulators.
i used to be heavily into these, i still have a cd filled with every genesis, snes and nes one i could ever find.
romnation does kick ass, but here's a better way: use p2p. search for snes or whatever you want on limewire, iMesh, whatever, and you'll find zip files with names like "10 snes emulators and 1000 snes games".
these zip files work.
unzip them and kiss your free time for the next eight months goodbye.

I had friends in college download those, but I could never find them on Kazaa Lite or SoulSeek for some reason. I burned the NES one off a buddy, but some of the ROMs (the Castlevania ones in particular) don't work, and I had working versions before.

if a Rom doesn't work, try it on a different emulator.
it took me three different ROM downloads to get one working that i really wanted to play.

how's fifa on PSP? i heard it the best game for the system right now.

I really think it is; it's also the first game I bought. Everything's translated from the console down to the best quality possible. The gameplay is smooth, other than the layout of the freestyle controls, which you have to use the nub for. You can get it down okay, but it's still a pain. Other than that it's all gravy. Career mode isn't an option, but there are season modes and a Challenge Mode where you have to make a comeback or win by a blowout with a certain amount of time. That's fun. Plus, with the simulating of games, you can pick the visual sim -- which I thoroughly enjoy -- like the consoles, or you can just do a quick sim (a PSP only feature and a cool one.) I highly suggest.

Pro Evolution soccer is so much better than FIFA it's comical.

FEDEROV - you've got to make the step up if you want a game that's more like football and less like pinball (but still as much fun, dagnammit).

I'm playing Championship Manager Online, but not much else.
