Vlogging?
Okay, all I want to do is embed a video in a blog post.
Without using YouTube or DropShots or any other fake-ass combination of words with capitalization to make it look less German.
I have gigs and gigs of hosting I'm not using, so I can host my .avi or .mov files just fine. What I want is a bit of code that amounts to a player I can put in my blog posts on blogger, that will let people play it just like it was a YouTube embed copy.
Anyone help?

Well, I'll try vimeo out, since I'm about out of YouTube free space as far as I can tell. I was suprised they took my most recent posting, actually, it seems I have to be past ten minutes now.
Maybe I'll just have to spread it around to every site that offers some free hosting. But it slays me because I have a ton of hosting lying fallow. I've never taken anything down from my domain in almost three years, every picture, video, etc, I've ever wanted to host and I'm still sitting at 3% of my available disk space at DreamHost. So what I'd rather do is put my stuff on midwestrocklobster.com and just show the player on my blog.
Then again, why am I still putting my blog on blogger? I have an online portfolio at my domain, but that was from when I was looking for a job. And I suppose I might eventually need such a thing for my freelancing. But really, if I could use my blogger tools and post it to my own domain, that's the way I'd go.
