Does anyone have this phone? How are you supposed to get the fucking lid open? It says all over the place that it should be 'easy' but we only managed to open it with the combined force of two... what's up with that?

Whenever I can't get a lid open I will rap it against the kitchen counter a couple times and maybe run it under some hot water to see if that loosens it up.
