Microsoft Office for Windows Vista
Do anyone know where I can get this for free? The price for buying it is a bit too high for me...I still need Word and Excel though, so any help is greatly appreciated!

By free, I hope you mean someone will be kind enough to buy it for you. Otherwise, what you are asking is illegal and not permitted on this website. 
And of course, I really did mean the older version you had on your previous computer. Because I don't promote piracy.
I thought Vista came with Word, what does it have, filthy Works Word Processor?

i'm a terrible person, in more ways than one.
we just bought the oh-seven. a friend of mine torrented it, offered it to us. i'm not big on morals to microsoft or anything, but you can get like some stupid fucking fine for stealing it. that friend doesnt use his near as much as i use mine. like every fucking day. so we bought our copy. waste of money and whatever, but i feel safe using it on a daily.
check out your circuit city on the daily for a few weeks and make them an offer. you might get something that normally costs in the hundreds for thirty or fifty bucks.

Allright, thanks for the replies. There was actaully a problem though when I tried to install the older version of Office on this computer. It said the source to where it were supposed to be installed was damaged or something along those lines. Guess I'll just have to keep trying.

Compatible with office and you don't have to pay for it. Even makes PDFs! Unless you need the advanced features in Office, OO.o is a perfectly acceptable replacement.

They're doing a great job of upping their security verification, so I'm not sure if a torrent version would even work. Office 2003 works fine on Vista. Aside from some minor cosmetic upgrades and a few other things, you would be fine using an older version.
