House of Leaves video game
Yeah, saw this title for the DS at work, Etrian Odyssey. I wold've ignored the generic looking Japanese RPG, but I took a look in the instruction manual. A large portion of the game takes place in something called Yggdrasi's Labyrinth. The opening screen is an ash tree. I went to the Project Lead's web log on 1up.com and saw that one of his favorite books is House of Leaves. I borrowed it from work and I hop eit is good enough for me o stick to it to the end.
Oh, and I can get on the internet at home now. A neighbor got wireless without the security. Hope some Wii games go online soon - besides Pokemon Battle Revolution.

that didn't even sound at all like the title of the Fall Out Boy song.
only because it was in the past tense instead of present
and also because I've never actually heard that Fall Out Boy song
OMGWTFBRBBBQTSTKL!!!
Burning Beard is back. Erm. House of Leaves would make a really, really, really bad game.
It'd make a rad game. Can you imagine the cut scenes?
We're talking about House of Leaves not the Navidson Record. The cut scenes would involve tattooing someone and freaking out.
All of that is part of the book. It's a house...of leaves.
I can see it now
the game has no ending, you just keep going down a black spiral staircase forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever
I've finally played it some. It's more of a fantasy type game and they developer jst used HoL as the inspiration for naming this giant forest maze. The similarities seem to end there, but I'm still early in the game.

this is an even worse idea that the Fight Club video game
