Halo 3 - Recon
Is anyone else psyched for this? I welcome the change of playing as a regular human instead of a spartan. To me the tone from the trailer feels like it's more tactical, and maybe even stealth based. I mean not being to 7 feet tall and invincible will be pretty cool. Do recon troops even have shields?

This actually looks like an ok game.
Just because there isn't the masterchief doesnt mean there can't be a good story line. This game is supposed to give more background to what happened in Halo 2. How can you expect Bungie not to make at least one more game after the last one broke the TOP ENTERTAINMENT SALES RECORD ON THE FIRST DAY of anything in the entire world?

A Halo game without Master Chief is fucking stupid. Take him and Cortana out of the equation and there's no reason to care. I thought Bungie separated from Microsoft to "stop making Halo games the rest of our life". However, that's all they continue to do. Move on Bungie. Move on.
