You can download good emulators from this site. (is where I got them and they worlk fine) To get the roms you can go to the links on the right menu Some of those sites are good. I used to download ROMS from COOLROM
Some don`t work because of legal problems...but most of the links works fine.
I cant help you with Street Fighter. I never was able to play one mame version of that game. (only the console ones, wich are more primitive, thet the mame one. They all look upsidedown on m pc.
I have one of those controllers and are great. Hope I was of some help.

Kool thanks, the site emulator works fine and I even happened to have found a working STREET FIGHTER II one. Now to get this controller to work! Argh. Vista.

You know, there are other games than Street Fighter II.

Yeah, but usually I just wanna play for 30 minutes or something, but these days these games man, takes 30 minutes just to get throught the introductions and then you have like sixteen buttons and four pointers and I just wanna fight or shoot and then do something else. I don't have the time to play long.

Though I do remember playing SILENT HILL for a whole weekend, that was creepy. All the lights out, cigarettes and folk away and rented a Playstation 1.

Mostly I just wanna take trips down memory lane and replay STREET FIGHTER II because I haven't played it in ages.

Ahhh, video game nostalgia. Street Fighter II is like a time machine.

My mate was suffering from video nostalgia he sold his PS2 and bought a Mega Drive out the paper, games that came with it were "street's of rage","golden axe","shonobi"and "alex the kid".When he replayed them he said to me"it's just not same as when you were a kid".

I like to use my gameboy and N64 emulators. Right now, I'm playing Star Fox 64, but I've also got games of Super Mario 64 and Zelda going on. It's awesome

Cant beat Micro Machines on a MegaDrive emulator! That's really amusing me lately.

Plus the fact they cracked the two player option, so that if you go online with it and give your IP to a mate, you can play any MegaDrive game two player over the internet. Now thats clever!

There's NES and SNES downloaded on my desktop that I never used because I couldn't get a working controller for it and its tough to play with the keyboard. Just isn't like the 90s. I want to get the system with all the games back, can't believe my brother gave them all away.

The end-all, be-all of the video game emulation scene:

Perhaps the only legal torrent community web site for it preserves and maintains the retro video gaming scene.
They have complete ROMsets of every system up to PlayStation including Arcade (CPSI, II, III, Neo Geo, etcetera), handhelds, homebrew, magazines/soundtracks, and plenty of DOS/Mac/Windows retro PC games as well.
