It looks like it has exploding baby dolls.
Unfortunately, it's not as cool as someone being clubbed with a screaming baby.
Seeing as those baby dolls can be used as weapons, you could club someone with it. Just make sure it's not an exploding one. Although the impact on the person's head would be awesome to see, you don't want your hand blowing off, now do you?
