Best place to buy a camcorder (Canon HG20 OR 21)
Does anybody know where I can get they best deal to buy this two camcorders?
To the people who knows about camcorders, I have only about 400 dollars to spend on this stuff, is this possible at all?

B&H Photo are your best price at $630. If you found it at $400, I'd be really skeptical about the seller. Looks like you need to raise your budget.

I would be really excited too if I se such a thread. I'm in a boarding school, hiding a camera is a very practcal and neccesary skill

No problem, I went through all this last year when I was buying my camcorder. I hope you find a good deal.
I was excited because I thought you said Canon HD20, which I have and love. I bought my camcorder off Amazon.com because they're trusted, easy returns, and they have a policy where if the price goes down 30 days after you buy it you can be refunded that price (camcorder prices can fluctuate daily). I'm not familiar with the HG20 or 21, but a quick Amazon search showed it at $700. Obviously you can shop around, but you probably won't find it much lower than that. If you do, research the company first because a lot of these places are bait-and-switch scams.
