"Fight Club" screening in Houston, TX June 15 & 16

The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema (West Oaks Mall location; Highway 6 and Westheimer) in Houston, TX will screen "Fight Club" on Friday June 15th and Saturday June 16th, 2007 at 10:30pm as part of their Altered Reality theme for June. The theatre has not advertised this screening yet on their website, but it will be soon (according to management). Stay tuned for more info!

Tragic! I wanted to go so bad... and at the concert (cause the first 3 bands sucked), I couldn't help but think... I could be seeing Fight Club, drinking a beer, and eating a burger right now!
The turnout for the "Fight Club" screening was great - the Alamo DraftHouse probably sold almost 90% of the seats for both shows. What was "disappointing" was the lack of repsonse on this topic from Houston area fans -just thought there would be more interest in the 4th largest city in the USA. Of all the films starting around 10 PM that night (Ocean's 13, Knocked Up, Fantastic 4, etc.), Fight Club seemed to be the best seller. Pretty cool that an 8 year old movie had better ticket sales than new releases.
I will be driving from Huntsville to one of these!
