Fight Club on Blu Ray
I thought Fight Club has already been out on Blu Ray... but I guess it's being released for the first time this month.
Someone just posted this link on facebook:
Interesting promotion for the Fight Club Blu Ray that uses pictures from your profile in a customized trailer.
The box/cover art looks awesome. I hope they have some new extra features for the blu ray.
ho hum.
I don't even have a blu ray player yet, but i'll probably go ahead and get this, because fight club was the first DVD i got and I want to keep the tradition going. I'll buy it first when they come out with movies on little crystals that you just plug into your neckport to view.
haha! can't wait to watch movies through my neckport.

I just posted that link in another thread in this forum! First time I watched the trailer... I was like 'why are there pictures of me in the trailer?' Really cool way to connect with facebook.
I got the Blu-Ray version too even though I don't have a player. I think there's only 3-4 new extras on it. Can anyone confirm?
I'd buy your teenage parents on blue ray. Well, only your mom.

I bought the "Fight Club" 10th Anniversary edition on Blu-ray at Costco for $15 (best price I could find); other well known stores wanted $24. The same commentaries are there (David Fincher, Brad Pitt, Ed Norton, Helena Bohnam Carter, Chuck P., etc) as well as deleted/alernate scenes. The packages lists the following exclusive features for this Blue-ray edition:
* A Hit in the Ear: Ren Klyce and the Sound Design of Fight Club
* Flogging Fight Club Featurette - Fincher, Pitt and Norton accept a Guys Choice award in 2009 for Fight Club. You can see this online at this link:

It also contains some fake PSAs from Jack and Tyler that I previously only saw online at the official Fox move site.
Also some clever Tyler-like gags in the menu setup that I won't reveal here.
Of course - great picture and sound on Blue-ray.
Hope this helps you Space Monkeys.
