Awesome Fight Club fan-art site

Some of the most awesome fan-art work I've seen for Fight Club ever. Spans 150 pages of that tumblr blog! Kept clicking for a couple of hours to reach the end!

Our own little Fight Club in Rural Illinois

I never started a actual fight club but i had a buddy named kris and we both worked on the same damn ranch. we both hated our jobs and were pretty much frustrated with life. It started out small with just a punch or two here to get our aggression and frustration with work. Then it grew to the point where we would text each other and set up a time and place. It eventually got to the point that during one fight after i punched him in the stomach a good four or five times he took me and shoved me face first through the passenger side window of our farm truck. But it felt so great to fight. We walked away still great friends no matter the outcome. We felt free. And like a great stress was lifted of our backs. We never did it because Tyler did it. We did it for us. And Boy does it work better than therapy. We continued our little fight clubs until we both left our town to serve our country in the armed forces.

Rainn Wilson & James Gunn's 15 Rules of 'Fight Club'

Rainn WilsonJames Gunn

Hey Y'all,

Caught these on Twitter. They made me giggle.

If you don't know, Rainn Wilson plays the popular character "Dwight Schrute" on "The Office." James Gunn is a writer and film director who, like me, was once married to the actress Jenna Fischer*.

You can follow these fine fellows on Twitter @james_gunn and @rainnwilson. Most are posted on James Gunn's page, though.

Anyways, um... yeah:

RT @rainnwilson First rule of Fight Club? Don't talk about 'potpourri'.

Second rule of fight club? Don't put a cigarette in your penis and pretend like it's smoking.

Question: Film, Novel, or Both?

How should someone digest the message of Fight Club?
Watching the Film? Reading the Novel? Or Both? If so, in what order?

I really need to know the answer. I need to know because I want the message to get through to a guy friend of mine. I've gotten myself into the situation where I've enabled him to just remain as a fearful kid. I pretty much hold his hand... I want to change that and I feel that Fight Club can do it if presented the right way. It's my last ditch effort as a friend to help him out before I decide to cut myself off from him.

He has PTSD. I've helped him as much as I can but there isn't more that I can do for him. It's time that he takes the final steps on his own towards his recovery.

Tyler Durden and Fighting

Ok. From my understanding Tyler Durden, uses fighting to teach men how to be men. Because of today's society men have been robbed of their roles as men. So he uses fighting to help them regain just a little bit of what they have lost. Still with me?
Now, what would tyler do if someone started talking junk about him? Would he set it off on them? Would he ignore it and let it go? WWTD?

mini durden

my cousin is such a tyler durden man its hectic
he already is saying
"your not your tonka trucks you aint your fucking nappies your the all singing all dancing poopoo of the world"

Palahniuk cameo in Fight Club?

I searched for this question already but couldn't find it anywhere, so I apologise if it's been addressed a trillion times already. Last week I rewatched the film, in line with my strict policy of watching the film once per month. For the first time, I noticed someone who may/may not, is probably/definitely isn't the big daddy P. He's in/isn't in the scene where Marla is filling a cup of coffee after one of the meets, and the narrator pulls Marla aside to tell her something. Shuffling to the foreground there's this tall, thin guy dressed in a blue shirt and, I think, denim jeans. He looks hell like/totally nothing like Mr P. Anyone care to confirm or refute this for me?

The only thing that makes me unsure is that he's wearing this sleazy moustache.

6 reasons Fight Club is an undisputable classic

Figured I'd throw this up for shits and giggles.

How would Tyler Durden be able to beat Rocky Balboa and William Wallace in a fight ?

If you feel Tyler Durden would easily be able to defeat
Mel Gibson's William Wallace (Braveheart) character and
Rocky Balboa in a three way, how do you (seriously or humorously) think he'd be able to defeat both of them.
