I was watching Criminal Minds last night and they used one of chucks quotes from diary to open up the show.

did they attribute that quote to him? that really doesn't sound like a quote as much as it sounds like a general turn of a phrase. kinda like "Don't judge a book by the cover."
No, that's really a quote by him. I've read it online before accredited to him. Although, I didn't see the episode because that's not a very good show.

i watched an episode of criminal minds a while back. its kinda like a grittier version of the profiler. episodes seem to usually involve women being kidnapped, raped, or in some form of bondage, from what i can tell.
