I am writing an essay on the American Dream and just happened to finish Choke on the day i started writing it. I am trying to find the page that Victor brings up the falsehood of the American Dream. If anyone would be able to give me the page number, that would be great. I know this is asking a lot, to look back into a 300-page book for a passage, but if you remember anything about when it occurs that would be great. Thanks a lot, even if you can't provide any help.
