He ended up married, got himself a job, then had some kids but soon got divorced when he found her cheating on him (although she knew it was going to happen). he became an alcoholic and abusive and lost his job. then he was offered a job in Dallas, and, ironically, he died when his plane crashed on the way to the interview.
