They need to knock off this shit with re-issuing Survivor and come out with a hardback of Invisible Monsters already!
survivor was my first exposure to chuck ever, and the only reason i picked survivor up was because i was out looking for visual inspiration for a project i was working. the cover struck me, i read a bit, and walked out with it.
this new cover kind of blows.
a hardback invisible monsters would be nice.
i know. remember that petition we all signed a few years ago for a hardback edition ?
it didnt work, either

But, guys! Online petitions can't fail! They just can't! They... just ... just can't!

This is why we can't have nice things.
I like the paper airplane, its cute. Still though, it was the cover of survivor that compelled me to it due to its funerary motif and just minimalist look.
The optical illusion cover of Invisible Monsters and the golden Survivor cover to me are how all his novel's should look- I have yet to find a cover of Fight Club to commit myself to displaying.

Damn, I thought you were talking about the New Edition that featured Bobby Brown... my bad...
But that is one of my all time favorite books.
