Im doing a research paper on fight club. and i believe that Chuck meant to express the narrator's desire to reconnect with the community, in spite of certain indications to the contrary. a little help? or is this a lousy topic....

Its not a bad topic. But your find out that discussions about Chucks work normally turn into something else.
Also no one around here likes to do your homework for you. I know that's not what you are asking but the tittle of the post hints at it.
But i can see the community thing. I see more that he wanted to break away from his current life and find a new niche. Or something like that.
Ohh and an introductory thread is always best.
