Fight Club references
Okay, so...
A long time ago I remember a music video that was a total reference to the Fight Club movie, but I can't remember the name of the band or the song. I was wondering if anyone knows what song I'm talking about.
I'm pretty sure there was an exact duplicate of the scene (replacing brad pitt and edward norton with the band members) where they threaten to chop off the cop's balls if he continues his search to shut down project mayhem.
"Do not fuck with us"
So, yeah, if anyone knows what I'm talking about, please respond. And if any other cool fight club references are known, it'd be cool to check those out, too.
ah, yes. That's right. Thank you.
Several years ago there was a cool parody short film called Film Club, set in the word of indie filmmaking. They did a pretty good job of capturing the look and feel on video. "How much can you know about yourself if you've never gone handheld?" Heh heh. It's probably out there online somewhere, but it came as an extra on my George Lucas in Love short film DVD.

Why does that sound so familiar...
Did they air that on Comedy Central at all?
I don't want to be the one she tells her deep dark secrets to.
I want to be her deep dark secret
I'm not sure. At that time, DVD was the only way to go it. It was pretty high-end 35mm stuff, extremely well made. It was basically about where Lucas might have gotten his Star Wars inspiration, versions of the main characters popping up on the USC campus and whatnot. A mash-up with Shakespeare in Love. Ah, found it!
