I like the idea that you can complain directly to a book cover. It would be so awesome if the next cover had the same design, but was more muted, and the little plastic guy was saying "Okay, okay, sorry Cakes..."

Probably Rodrigo Corral is the designer. He is the designer for a lot of Palahniuk books. See here: http://www.bookcoverarchive.com/Chuck_Palahniuk

Click the covers for detailed info on the designers and typefaces.

As for the font, I'm not sure.
