The second one looks really, really cool. Even though I like the quote for the first better.
as a photographer, fuck photoshop.
as a graphic designer, the first one is better, IMO.
if you're a photographer, your work will speak for itself without a trip through reprocessing.
as a totally separate bitch: im tired of seeing edited photos in photography contests. once you fuck with it, it's not a photo, it's an art project.

I agree that Photoshop can be a bad thing for photography, and people can over do it. In my defense as a photographer, I normally would never do this much to a photograph, I do it for fun and experimentation lol!
But yes, when an amateur photographer takes all their pictures and photoshops the crap out of them then calls themselves a photographer, and never really learns how to take pictures the right way, it makes me angry too.
And thanks for the complement on the first one. I wanted it to be more of a graphic image. Was hoping I did alright seeing as I never took a graphic design class in school lol!
For the first one, it does kind of look like a graphic design. It also kind of looks like something that a band would have for one of their album designs.
If you cleaned up the second one, if you JUST have the main quotes, and nothing really more, I think that would be the best for it. It'll add more of an impact.

Yes you did help, thanks! Its always good to have an honest critique now and then. I ask my family, but most of the time, everything is good to them lol, even if its the worst thing ever! So It's nice to be able to hear honest opinions.
