my Rant script
It's only chapter 1. I'm working on the other 95% as we speak. Constructive feedback would be nice from the fans.
I really liked it and could really see a movie being made out of it! You managed to create a suiting environment and still keep the story intact. Are you serious with it and planning on trying to make someone to make a movie out of it?
I'm glad you liked it! It really means a lot to me. But in regards to it being made, I don't have an agent or anything. My plan is to show the fans that this book is the most fun to be made into a feature film. I don't know, maybe you guys could generate the buzz around my script so when Hollywood puts one out, you guys can be like "That script by Kevin McBride was waay better than this" hahahaha
Just a dream, help keep it alive
You can always look into the self publishing community. The industry itself is dying.
Discontents: The real story of the disappearance of Emory Walden
Just a dream, help keep it alive :)
i like the way this motherfucker thinks.
someone should do this with the contortionist's handbook.
kevin, that could be your next trick, maybe...

“...There are so many ways of being despicable it quite makes one's head spin. But the way to be really despicable is to be contemptuous of other people's pain. You ought to have some apprehension that the man you see before you was once even younger than you are now and arrived at his present wretchedness by imperceptible degrees.”
-James Baldwin
Self publishing is a bitch and a half. It's hard to get people to read unsolicited material regardless. This is something I'm working on for fun mostly, I don't have any ideas for original work at the moment so this is filling my void.
I don't have writers block, its just... Well, as Chuck says "It's like sitting on the toilet when you don't have to shit"

I'm assuming no one has complaints then? I mean, it's not that hard to fuck up chapter 1. Here's some more if your still interested.
My idea so far is to have Echo call in her interviews so the audience doesn't learn about (spoilers) her injuries until we meet the couple whom she saw regularly.
I've yet to think of an original way to present the Field Notes of Simms. I was thinking a sort of PBS show that has a group of analysts (probably some of the characters who are interviewed about (spoilers) the time travel aspect?)
Anyway, input always helps.
Enjoy.
