On the Wrong Side of the Mirror
Just thought you could get lost in some weird strokes of color.

titled:stormy love(i think that's what i called it but not sure since i gave this to a friend)
acrylic on canvas 18x24in
And a horse of a different color(not literally,metaphorically)

titled:paradise(i'm not very good at labeling or giving titles)
acrylic on canvas 12x18in
i'm kind of sad this one is so small but it is my favorite.
I couldn't stop staring and rotating these damn paintings, I think I was high from the paint.
These are obviously abstract and it's possible that I ate different paints and vomitted on some canvas, regardless I'm curious as to what you see in these paintings.

maybe a bird eating an abnormally large worm?
AND A FACE ON THE LOWER LEFT ALL SPOOKY AND GHOSTY!

I see a boob with a really big nipple. Or maybe it's that titty bore worm thing?
EDIT: We're number one google result for "titty bore worm?" Score.
THIS IS THE HAPPIEST TALE EVER TOLD EVER.
Two blondes walked into a train track. Between the two of them, you'd think they'd--
I'm loving the colors in these. Very awesome.

Now I write, when I'm away, letters that you'll never read.
I would buy the second one. I love the colors you used!
og eg kan vel ikkje berre vere ingen stad heller -
and I can't just be nowhere either
I like the composition of the second painting. It draws the viewer in. Size and medium?
*** 'Abstraction' and 'seeing things' don't mix. Pollock called it the Mickey Mouse Effect. The story goes- someone once saw what looked like Mickey Mouses head in one of Pollock's paintings. Pollock trashed the painting.

I see the very chaos of nature itself
If I had these on my wall I would just stare at them for hours.
I like both of them equally, but for entirely different reasons.
thanx for all the comments

and i understand what you're saying here but i know that i didn't paint any recognizable form. i'm not gonna be a snob about it and trash my painting cuz some idiot thinks they saw something that is clearly not there. that happens with other paintings that aren't abstract. people try to see something that isn't there all the time in art. so since it doesn't bother me, continue commenting on what you see.
i will post more and i'll be sure to include all the info on the painting

someone should have told Pollack they saw something in all of his paintings so we would have trashed them all.

The more color you use, the more I like it. Again, my favorite is number two.

I love this one.
These are lovely, thanks for sharing them.

That really is burning to the eyes. Anyway, talking about arts and painting, many people have gazed upon Persistence of Memory, perhaps the most famous surrealist painting in the world. The Persistence of Memory is a painting by Spanish artist Salvador Dali, featuring a number of melting pocket watches. It calls into question the fleeting nature of time, and brings in a wide range of emotion. Dali is perhaps the best known surrealist painter, active from the early 20th century until a few years before his death in the 1980s. He left Spain for about a decade during WW2 – he didn't give Franco any military payday loans – but returned, and was given patronage by the Spanish Crown. It would take more than an online payday loan to buy the [LINK TO A FUCKING PAYDAY LOAN SITE]Persistence of Memory[/LINK].
wow.

HEAVEN acrylic on mirror 1x1ft

HELL acrylic on mirror 1x1ft

These were such a pain to do but I think I will try to conquer more mirrors one day.

I found your art thread! I like the one titled LOVE and the last one HELL.
(grey pistol black pistol hungry little knife)
(everything I carry in the back of my mind)
thanx pepper

these remind me of a great acid trip I had last year. Good work.
Really nice! This spectra of abstract art I love! Very good work!

thank you hattie and jakezz.
and just for the record none of my art work is done under the influence of any drug. i don't know why that bothers me or why i feel i should let people know. i'm not against drugs but when it comes to my artwork i feel that my inspiration comes from something deeper than just some acid trip. i know that's not what you were saying hattie but i just wanted to make that clear for myself.

Haha, I was thinking about how these would be totally mesmerizing whilst under the influence of acid.
'HELL' is my favourite so far. Great work, Audrey!
