for big houses, generally. for small publications, not so much. so, yeah; chuck's future release dates are mostly accurate. unless, of course, if somebody actually misplaces several of the final chapters of a book before it goes to press. but i still think tuffy started that rumor :S

I know the St.Helens Book Shop people and have for a long time. They have hooked me up with lots of Random Chuck Merchandise and stuff from other local author. They have been good to me given me some great deals, and I feel if I can pimp them out, that might repay them a bit. Plus I helped design the shirts to I have to show them off.

I kinda got used to his books always coming out that first week of May, right around my birthday. It's going to be weird.

Hey, I understand keeping costs down, and I even understand what those costs are because I deal with getting our shirts printed. But we rather make less profit and offer something that looks decent and is good quality. While we're at it, they're charging $10.75 to ship those things!
They could have still had a pretty cheap shirt with a better looking design than that.. the number of colors used affects the total cost more than the intricacy of the design. That thing looks like someone made it in Word. I don't know why anyone would buy it, especially when you add in the exorbitant shipping cost.
I mean, even taking the quote out of that horrendous square and just having white text on a black shirt would make it bearable.
Sounds like we need to have a Damned T-shirt design contest.

guys, you are worried because you have to wait until october, but here in Italy I may have to wait a year or more to get Damned translated...

So the reason there is a delay on this book being released is because Chucks Publishers didn't have the last 3 or so chapters of the book. They kept bitching to Chuck that they didn't like the ending, and didn't realize for months that they were missing said chapters. Even though He kept asking them what they were talking about and asked on several occasions if they had the full thing.
