I got tired of skimming after five pages to see if anyone had logged the most obvious answer of all: There's a thread that records, in minute and sometimes painful detail, what Chuck's fans (as defined by membership in the Cult) listen to.
If this is a post from the Department of Redundancy Department, I'm sorry.

I listen to just about anything considered to be in the rock genere. I have some extreme passions (AFI right now, lord.) and some extreme hates (Any of this new 'we all sound the same' business such as Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Senses Fail) and I like me a good bit of classic rock. Right now I'm listening to a LOT of Smashing Pumpkins (Mainly Adore) and a lot of Morrissey.
I have Girlfriend In A Coma playing on MySpace
only it's by Mojo Nixon, he's the Anti-Morrisey

My main genre is blues music :
- Mississippi Fred McDowell
- John Lee Hooker
- Son House
- Muddy Waters
- Howlin' Wolf
- Skip James
- Sonny Boy Williamson 2
- Albert King

- Charlie Patton
a few non-blues recommendations for cultists :
