I heard from a easter bunny costume designer that his next book has to deal with the religious undertones of the easter bunny that follows the character by the name of Jericho Beatrice Beatrice who is an investigative reporter for the International World News that prints up silly fake news of Sasquatch being a hairy hippie female to aliens raping elvis which caused him to have a stroke on his toilet. Jericho ends up on a trail of fiction turning fact and having no one believing his reports as the Easter Bunny is infact real and sets to destroy the earth in a armagedeon fashion with the world's largest nucleur rotten egg and its only Jericho and his on and off boyfriend Mr. Chuck Palahniuk that can save the world.

I heard he tried to get into the fortune cookie business but all his fortunes were threats so he didn't last long. Now he's trying his hand at writing jokes for Christmas crackers.

I hear he is spending time in cancer ward death beds where he reads death bed people his book Invisble Monster.

I hear he's an apprentice tattoo artist training so that he can write his next book on his own skin.

I heard he was just going to permenantly tattoo fans his name and some absurd comment on their forearms or boobies so he wouldn't have to go on tour ever again.

I heard he was in North Korea studying cloning technology to the same end.

I heard a varying report that he is their for cheap child labor also to help him ghost write his next few novels till the cloning technology pans out.

I heard that his next book is going to be a steamy romance about his relationship with Ayn Rand.

I heard he was studying up on his french and superman comics to make his next novel that revolves around a filthy stinking rude french superhero that was from another planet that crash landed in a small farm in France owned by Florence LePew and Miagaleia LePew. I heard his next book follows a coffee bean in it's voyage from south east asia accross the pacific ocean, into a starbuck coffee and into his belly.

I heard his next novel was going to rip off the theme and plot of Great Expectations where a boy is able to stop whoring himself off from his uncle the pimp and is given a scholarship over to a private school in england where he ends up meeting falling for a teenage hooker that has no use for love.

i think chuck needs to write a story that is a love story between to candiru fish, one is an infection parasite swelling upinside the urethra track of a wall street agent, the other is swelling up with delight inside the urethra of a one legged hooker,

This might have been said, but at the reading last year I heard he was going to try his hand at [COLOR=Red]Science Fiction[/COLOR]. Chuck is always looking for new ways to challenge himself and the reader so this wouldn't surprise me.
