"Worst" is apparently in the eye of the beholder. I think giving away anal beads is pretty arresting, and isn't that the point of promotions?

I got some of the beads attached to a bookmark and at first I thought WTF? and then I remembered the significance of the beads in Choke and so I LOL'd.
