Aid in my Search, Please

I went to the Columbus, OH reading for the Rant tour and Chuck read two short stories there that I haven't been able to find. I vividly remember one of them, "Cold Calling." It was about some kid that got a job as a telemarketer and then fell in love on one of his sales calls. I really enjoyed the story and I was wondering if anyone knows where(if anywhere) it was published, how to find it, or if anyone on the site actually had it themselves. I would greatly appreciate the help finding this story to go through it again.

I have it as an audio file from Chuck's last round of presents. He sent 2 discs of stories he read, and Cold Calling was one of them. The other one is probably on the discs as well.
