Verdict in MySpace Suicide Case

After a good, long run, we have decided to close our forums in an effort to refocus attention to other sections of the site. A jury convicted Lori Drew of three misdemeanor charges of computer fraud, but rejected felony charges and was deadlocked on a conspiracy count.

The defendant, Lori Drew, 49, faces up to three years in prison and $300,000 in fines, according to federal sentencing guidelines.
