After a good, long run, we have decided to close our forums in an effort to refocus attention to other sections of the site. Fortunately for you all, we're living in a time where discussion of a favorite topic now has a lot of homes. So we encourage you all to bring your ravenous love for discussion to Chuck's official Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram. And, as always, you can still post comments on all News updates. Thank you for your loyalty and passion over the years. These changes will happen June 1.

Now that Isreal is blowing shit up in Lebanon, and Lebanese guerillas are shooting back, what do you guys think will happen? I worry that this latest incident will used as a propoganda tool for the Bush admin to spur some support for a "global war on terror" (I'm sure there's a link between Lebanon and Osama and 9-11 somehow, he just needs to point it out for us). What will the US do? It's not like we're overflowing with clout to put pressure on anyone. What will we threaten them with? It's not like we can invade another country right now. How much pressure could something like economic sanctions put on Beirut? It's already Beruit!
I'm just interested to know how you guys think it will turn out. I know I could watch CNN, but this seems more interesting.
