So I don't want to thread jack anymore threads. So I thought I should start a thread for this.

Here's where we talk about Health, Fitness, Diet, etc.

I eat pretty healthy as most of you know. I work out with weights 3-4 times a week. I do stretching at least an hour a week and a little bit each day on top of that. I also train for Muay Thai.

So I can try and answer questions about any of that.

And if anybody else wants to join in with answers or comments, have at it.

I might just keep this up to date with random articles and cool stuff I see too.
