Ive nearly finished this short story and its a true story which makes it awful.
- 2mins before I entered the hall to do my English exam in my final year when I was 18yrs old a mate of mine who funnily enough ive never seen again produced a bag of the drug known as speed. In my naivety I thought of Hunter S Thompson and how supposedly good he was under the influence of said drug. I had never taken speed before. I thought if my brain was wired up I could unleash some hidden genius inside - just sit back stare at the roof and my hand would write sheer brilliance automatically for 3 hours. Instead I sat in a stone cold panic\freakout and managed to write 3 whole unintelligible lines about nothing at all. This is my writing on drugs story has anyone actually ever passed an English exam on speed - or had a positive writing on drugs story? Id love to know.
